Just notice this when driving thru town, changing between 1st,2nd 3rd mainly at slow speeds.

It's like a vibrating/rubbing sound. Best way I can describe it really!

Could be several things.....gearchange cables loose, clutch, but first try the lower engine mount (dogbone)......without being in the car a bit of a (shot in the dark guessing)...
