Should I wait???

Featured Replies

Hello guys,

I would like to apologise in case aqsimilar question has been posted previously, but there it goes:

I am trying to decide on my next car. I am between the "old" Octavia 4wd combi (here in Greece called vRS - 193 HP) and the Octavia 5 combi.

The problem is, being a big fan of "turbo" engines, I don't really have the option of going for the Octavia 5 unless someone out there knows anything about a 4wd combi model with the 2.0 TFSI engine going on production.

So, should I wait (I could hold on until the end of 2005, more or less) for an Octavia 5 4wd combi 2.0 TFSI model or should I go ahead and buy the existing model?

I would really appreciate any feedback on this...

Thanks,

George

The New Octavia 2.0FSI 4X4 Combi is already on sale in the UK. :)

It's in Greece also, but I was wondering if there is a TFSI (the one with the 200 HP) on the way to the dealers.

Thanks,

George

There is no official conformation on any FSI Turbo Octavia's as yet. Though it is strongly suspected that the vRS will be when it arrives. However will it be a 4x4? Probably not.

Sorry, George. Missed the T. :o
