My car (2010 superb 4x4) has passed the 20k miles mark and I read somewhere that the rear axle haldex oil and filter should be changed. I have located the filter and know that a special wrench is required to remove it.

I went to local dealers who were reluctant to sell the filter as they would not sell me the oil. Their excuse is that it comes in bulk and they do not supply catridges. Has anyone done a change on 4x4 system?

Would the Audi filter kits I have seen on e-bay be suitable and is the capacity 250ml?
