Forge FMIC query

Featured Replies

just thinking of buying the forge fmic but thinking i may loose a bit of power as the car only has a remap on it 158bhp & 280ftlb, am i right in thinking that and what type of problems will occur (more turbo lag, lower throttle respone etc.)

You won't loose any power, as for lag maybe a slight slight slight increase with the larger diameter piping but so small it would be insignificant. If you do go for it then go get the map tweaked :)

The car will def perform better nO doubt about it

good good will be investing in one and weres the closest centre for a remap i live in droylsden, manchester

It will be beneficial! Might get more bhp and it will be useable all of the time (no heat soak)

At that spec you may gain a small amount but not loads. What you will get is more consistent BHP as the drop in warmer weather won't be like on the standard cooler.
