strange problems

Featured Replies

my much loved fabia 3 estate 1.9d is ill and has been in my local dealership for the past 6 days. last friday, the throttle was sticking and the revs were flying up to a dangerous level, the brake pedal was not responding properly and the cruise control was not working.

the dealers have tried and so far failed to find the problem.

i have a dealership supplied warranty and hopefully the faults will be covered. i'm worried on 2 fronts. firstly that the faults will be covered within the policy and secondly that they can find the fault.

i guess i'm hoping that someone else has had the same problem and can point me in the right direction.
