Evening all,

As we know we all like a good picture. I thought it might be nice to start up a thread so we can show off our Skoda's in the white stuff or even a few (clever) moody pictures with a hard cover of frost. Obvoiusly I'm geographically disadvantaged for this task but as soon as I can I will (with the exception of frost).

I look forward to seeing some pictures over the coming weeks/months.

From nearly 2yrs ago when it was still on summer tyres. I should have taken some photos of it in the deep stuff! I'll try and take some this winter if the white stuff arrives

I had dug SWMBO's car out after the first snowfall (Sat/Sun), Intending to dig mine out on the Monday, The extra 30cms that fell on the Sunday night put pay to that!

Used her car for 3 weeks until we had a melt!

I had a similar issue at one point and ended up after clearing it leaving a solid ice slab on roof that I couldnt get off the creaking cracking sound it made when I shifted car to let another one out at the house was worrying lol

That's a good point. I can't believe how flimsy the roof is on the Octy. Our Passat was way stronger, so too the Polo. You only have to fix the Octy roof with a Paddington-like 'hard stare' and a small depression appears. Will make sure accumulations of snow are dealt with PDQ. Thread drift, sorry...

I opened the door with my Octavia and then compared with my yeti. The comparison was meant to be the snow rather than the car though. Last year it was up to my waist, this year we've just had 4 or 5 dustings

I left it pretty general to Skoda, so all models are welcome. It's been a good response so far. Car looks nice !
