Has anyone got an easy way of relocating the 12v supply (cigarette lighter) to somewhere more usable?

Its not in a sensible place for using a SatNav or similar, being halfway along the length of the car.

What's people's solutions without running extensions and wires across your interior?

best thing to do is to hard wire it in, best place is above the pedals behind the dash and though one of the top vents
