Hi all

Usually in the octy vrs forum but going to look an Audi a3 1.9 TDI tomorrow so I'm popping in :)

I've never owned a derv before so could you kind souls let me know what I should be looking out for when I it... I know there is loads of info on the net but you can't beat real advice!

It's a W reg with 118k on it.

This thread would be better in the Octavia Mk1 forum, as that's the same chassis as the Mk1 A3 as well as the same engine. The Fabia is a smaller chassis shared with the Polo/Ibiza :)

Usual stuff. :) Do you have VCDS or similar for use on the octy? I would take it along to give the Audi a scan. if serviced properly, 118k miles shouldn't be a problem at all.
