So, I've had a Fabia for a few months, had a look online, but can't find any info.

First problem, my intermittent wipers don't wipe. On I or II speed they're fine, but intermittent isn't having any of it...any ideas?!

Secondly...should the needle on my speedo and rev counter be illuminated at all?! It's bloody hard to see what speed I'm doing at night when I can't see the needle....managed to avoid speeding tickets so far, but it's annoying as hell having to guess!

Wipers, Most likely cause could be the bonnet microswitch!

Check & Clean, Or just replace.

Needles, Dashpod LED's burnt out!

Unless you're really competent at soldering, It's a new dashpod, Better sit down when you hear the price!

Cheers...but I'm a car chimp, where is this micro switch? As for the soldering, fortunately I know some people, might be able to get them to do it...but again, where is the knackered bit?

Open your bonnet, And have look at the catch under the slam panel, You'll see two thin wires leading to the microswitch which is part of the catch assembly.

As for the LED's, The dashpod would need removed, Split, The knackered LED's desoldered and new ones soldered into place!
