EGR replaced and EML blinking after a week

Hi I have a 1.4 16v Fabia and I had the EGR replaced about a week ago and the EML was off and all of a sudden without any warning the car stuttered and threw up a blinking EML. What would cause this to happen and could there be something wrong elsewhere (I haven't had it plugged in yet as the garages aren't open yet)

Really need a code scan, hard to say otherwise.
