Scouts Common as Muck in North Glasgow!

Featured Replies

Whilst dropping my parents off in North Glasgow, came across TWO FL Octy Scouts within a matter of a few minutes.

Seriously wondering if this is going to affect my residuals.:giggle:

Now excuse me, whilst I go and watch some some paint drying.B)

ps Still think I chose the correct colour though.:giggle:

Ideal car for the region! If the owners registers on here are owt to go by the Scout is still more exclusive than the Yeti B)

Huh? Glasgow roads are bad but it's not that bad that you need 4x4 :o

Told you that you should have bought a vRS, Fin! Merry Christmas by the way.

Comfortable estate car for starters with 4x4 when it snows which isn't uncommon in that REGION. Wasn't talking about Glasgow in particular.

AH! I thought it was a reference to Glasgow being nicknamed pothole city rather than a comment about Strathclyde region :-)

Dunno what it says about my own choice of Octy, but I've yet to see another FL 4x4 anywhere in these parts; my dealer claims that to date he's only sold 1 - mine!

"Strathcylde Region" might have done a better job with roads than our beloved unitary authorites; Stirlingshire is worse now than Central ever was.

Merry Christmas to you too, Woody, and a Happy New Year when it comes.

Look at your fuel consumption compared to mine! That is why I chose the diesel Scout. It may be slower than yours, but in the snow it will get me home quicker!! lol

Congrats on LA!

Fingers crossed west Lothian seem to do much better than the old regional council ever did :-)
