hi all just returned from a day shopping in sheffield with the kids and my car felt awfull. its an 06 octavia vrs 20 petrol and ive never had a problem with it in over 2 years before today. even though it revved fine no misfires etc it just did not have its usual punch in 2nd 3rd 4th gears when accelerating, just seemed flat.the only thing different i have done today was put £45 of sainsburys super unleaded in on my way, which i dont usually use by the way . having just been out to the shop after leaving it a few hours the punch seemed to be back again but now im more worried than before as to why this was the case?? any help will be much appreciated. many thanx

Thats what Tesco 95RON feels like to me or occasionally their super. The cynic in me thinks they fill the super tanks with 95 when it suits them.

Get some VPower in when the tank runs down to see if that makes a difference.
