I'm on a pretty tight budget but love the idea of Koni adjustables with Eibach's as I know from previous experience how well they compliment each other. What price am I looking at for a spring/shock setup like the one above, and there any alternatives worth looking into and as usual what cost etc would I be looking at including fitting?

I would have had a set of cheap eibach dampers you could have had, but someone else beat you to it. My eibach pro-kit springs are still available though, but they're TDI ones not vRS - not much in it, but enough
