HELP! NEEDED!

Featured Replies

Ok so ive used this forum for a fair few repairs of things that have gone wrong! such as the brakes totally failing nearly crashed  except am a male driver :p ABS sensor was going to get replaced until i found out the shaft was grinding on the hub! VW breakers :) replacement hub assembly 40 quid happy days!

Basically i have the Skoda Fabia 1.9TDI (ATD) Elegance model 2001 (X reg) with the heated seats the passenger heated seat gets very hot! (girlfriend loves it) but my drivers seat works the odd time! literally i would say 1 out of 30 times and when it does go on it does not get as hot (probably due to the wear and tear)

problem 2 the temp gauge only really goes to 90 when i put my foot down and i go into having fun mode lol or long trips on the motorway! most of the time the temp does not move off cold and even when it starts to warm up it goes cold! well i wouldn't say cold i would say it has no reading!

problem 3 the idle revs is slightly above 1000 but this is inconsistent at times its fine! then ill nip into my local shop turn engine off for a minute and then it will mess up again and be slightly above 1000 again then i could turn it off again and it will be fine also when it likes to mess around on start up! it revs upto 2000 then goes back to normal for a split second this happens more regularly than a normal start up

problem 4! my heater/fans takes a while 2 heat up and is very slow 2 demist windows but once it gets warm it gets hott!! but today it totally stopped!! and its cold outside lol settings 1234 dont work no air whats so ever each setting no air whats so ever! not amused in the slightest!!

any information will be appreciated thank you :)
