First of all Battlefield 3, what a great game! Seems to be very addictive to play online and was wondering if members on here play the game?

Be good to get a team of people together just like on the other topic regarding Call of Duty...

Good game, but stuck on the bit when you boost your mate up to a ladder, he lowers ladder, you climb up, jump into a window, end up in a toilet and a sneaky enemy soldier try's to kill your soldier mate and then ends up killing me too. I'm pressing circle when it's highlighted on the screen and keep dieing lol it's on PS3 as well. Stuck ain't the word.

I don't remember that bit... but the single player was fairly unremarkable... try mashing O when it comes up rather than just tapping it once?

Yeah it's a great game. Have completed the single player mode however i didn't really rate it too much.

The online part is where the fun is. Nothing like a bit of sniping lol.

Am I the only one who doesn't like it?

I'm a die hard Battlefield fan (no CoD for me) but I have been told that it's because I don't like CoD that I don't like this new game, as it is apparently very CoD in the way it plays online.

After having Bad Company 2, I still only ever play Bad Company 1. It is still the best game I think, and also 1943 I thought was pretty epic.

However I am impressed by the detail though in Battlefield 3. Go and have a lookie at a pallet - every piece of wood is a different shade, and the nails in different patterns.

I bought a high spec laptop to play games but find sitting at my desk annoying which in comparson to my xbox i can just lay in bed.

Yeah can lay in bed with laptop but i don't fancy blocking the vents and causing the laptop to over heat, that wouldn't be good

Yeah, I'm on it on PC a few nights a week. Tried this PC at work, but it can't cope... might fill in a purchase order for a new graphics card...
