Yes - might be a dirty/loose fuse

hi im having the exact same problem happens to be during heavy rainfall then when they seem to dry out they work must be a leak or something

What would i be looking for i took the door card of yesterday and dint see much wrong

Did you look at the wiring in the rubber boot in the door shut though?

yea the door shut seems to be leaking in water the gromet seems to have peeled away from the door

The door shut will always have water in it, there isnt a seal around it?

Normally they stop working as the wiring breaks in the rubber boot where it flexes but if your boot isnt secure then i'd expect its corroded out terminals in the plug(s)onto the car.

ok man thanks il have a look at that today

I have taken my door card apart and checked all the wires fuses ect still wont work only works in the rain. Would i be safer buying a new motor and trying that or checking the convenience control unit
