Miltek exhaust system

Featured Replies

Hi people, i was looking at a full de-cat system on my pd130. Im after the de-cat version as this with give me the owl noise from the wastegate..... anyways it sounds stupid but with out the cat, will the car pass mot requirments as i know some cars can pass.

Also if anybody has a cat back system (miltek) drop me a pm.

cheers

First of all, your Fabia doesn't have a wastegate.

And second, you should pass an MOT no problem unless any rules change.

I have a full miltek system on my tdi 130 and it's always passed the mot with no problem. Infact i had it mot'd on 5th jan and even with the new rules was ok although i was advised to cover the air bag light with a sticker next time.(all my air bags removed due to bucket seats and race steering wheel)

It will pass MOT. You want a turbo back not a cat back system. :)

my milltek cat back arrived today, sitting in a box downstairs

Ok guys thanks, sorry I've owned petrol turbo cars. So when it comes to tdi I no nothing lol!!

Well just on the look out for turbo back system now then :)

Or if you cant find a turbo back kit buy a cat back system and buy a decat downpipe too, together they make the turbo back kit.

I've got a turbo back with decat milltek system and it's great

It sounds fantastic on boost as I found out when getting a Christmas tree and the boot was slightly open :D
