Octy 2 Climate control problem ??

I'm sure there used to be a stick post entitled "not a recall yet" or some such about problems with the Octy 2 climate control (freezing feet / boiling head or vice versa).

As I'm about to pick up my Octy 2 I'd quite like to have the info so I know what to check for and not be fobbed off if I find it. I cant seem to find the thread anymore.

Can anyone point me at it or redescribe the problem & solution.
