Featured Replies

Hi my iPad 2 keeps dropping out of the forum back too main menu any ideas emoticon-0148-yes.gif

I get that when trying to respond to a thread or start a new one, gets very frustrating. There is something about it in a pinned thread (Here), but alas no solution that I have found.

This is the only forum I have the problem with! :'(

I got a solution, stick to iOS 4.x.x

How do you do that with ipad2? Mine came with ios5 installed.

Have you tried downloading Opera (free app) and using that as your browser instead of Safari? Might not make a difference but could be worth a try.

Using opera now so seems to work, so you think safari may be the issue ?

This is so annoying it always drops out after I have typed out big long replys and posts grrrrr

Well if everything works in Opera this could well be the case. A web browser just like anything else on a computer is just a bunch of rules the computer follows and there is no such thing as a standard. As things change it takes time for developers to modify code (be that the browser or the website) and they always make seemingly arbitrary decisions as to what they will and will not include.
