You'd be advised to replace the dual mass fly too, it was £370+vat for parts and 4 hours labour for me. That was oem.

Yeah really, it's not a job you want to do twice really and with a dmf chances are you will! Awesome updated is 620 I think

£425 from euro`s minus any discount they`ll give you on here, plus £120 fitting. So around £500-£550 fitted. If your planning on going for loads of power (200bhp+) then uprated would be best, otherwise decent stock kit will suffice.

Well i've just had my car remapped today and now running 166.6 BHP & 277.3lbs/ft of torque so am taking it easy driving below 2k revs...
