Changing Door

Featured Replies

At some point my car has had a drivers door respray, its very noticeable in most light and I was wondering if I got a door from another diamond silver octavia same year would the paint be a better match than the respray or just as bad? I know it wouldn't be perfect but it would probably be better right?

Tricky one this one as you could well replace the door again and find you have a similar problem..........

How old is the car, mileage and what is the colour?

If your car is heavilty swirled and scratched then this can make the colour look dull and grey, the new painted door therefore may stand out next to it and therefore a machine polish may help with matching up the colours but more than likely won't solve the problem completely.......
