190 is on a pd150 turbo i think,the clutch will handle 190 with a smooth map so I've read on here. . .

Turbo can't be regarded as reliable after 165bhp+ as for the clutch its measured for 300ft lbs, there is someone running more but it all depends on your driving style.

Giving it death everywhere doesn't achieve anything except an expensive repair bill.

I'm sure I read that standard clutch is rated to max 320-340ft/lbs? Either way clutch is no issue for the bhp.

Like has been said, over 175bhp on pd130 and you asking for it to go bang!

My AMD map came out on rr at 185bhp - that was early on in it's life - I bought it at 62k miles and working fine and now at nearly 80k still running fine on stock turbo.

Stock pd130 turbo shouldn't be pushed more than 2500 mBar (absolute) and the stock clutch is rated at approx 300Ibs torque. Approx 170bhp +/- on the dyno lottery
