I'm looking at a pd130 turbo that has the oem part number 03g253016q.

Can anyone tell me if this fits the fabia and if so does it need any modifications such as egr soldering?

The person selling says it's 130bhp and when I google it says this:

I've googled it too. At least three websites state it'll fit the PD130 Fabia and Ibiza. One of which is Turbo dynamics.

What is EGR soldering?

Well I heard you need to solder now rather than delete due to new M.O.T testing in 2012.... I may be wrong though.
