Has anyone ever changed all interior lighting blue. Dash, C/C, window switches. Thinking of doing it if its possible. Is it leds?

Loved the blue in the passat its the only thing i miss, well and the black carpet.

Seen it done can't remember who by. Quite a hard job but a few golf parts can be used.

Cool well as long as i know it can be done. Its not something ill be in a rush to do. Ill slowly get any parts needed.

I was wondering the same thing- maybe changing the clocks over to a Bora/Golf set..? They appear to have the same layout.

The Fabia chaps have been doing this for a while- have a look in the Fabia I section.

To change the clocks you need to make sure you get the same model ie mines vdo immobilizer 3 and you will either have to get the immobilizer recoded or removed (shark can do this). You've also got all the switches and climate control plus the radio if its standard

Eddy h did this many years ago but don't think he uses the forum nowadays but try searching threads by him as he did a guide on how to do it I believe.
