Hello there,

Hello Tomas,

I have done some research on my end with the Postal Service and I have put a claim in for a misplaced package. The pipe your purchased was our last piece in stock, but I am receiving a new batch this Friday that I will ship to you immediately.

and now I have been sending them a couple of emails and they never answer them.

Do you know how I can get my money refund or get the item i bought?

Any info would be great.

Thanks,

Tomas.

did you use a credit card for the purchase or was it just your normal bank debit card?

credit card, but it was prepaid so they got their money the same day.

If it was Paypal you are covered under buyer protection so lodge a claim. If you paid by Debit Card you at their mercy no rights there. As thread above Credit Card you would also be in a position to lodge a claim. Although Debit Card does not give you rights, something tells me that one day whilst paying little attention to Martin Lewis (I don`t rate him) I heard him saying something about little known rights with Debit Card transactions being covered due to some EU rights. Not guaranteed I was half asleep at the time. You wanna proper KICK OFF, at them. Is there any members local to them who would not mind a face to face discussion in front of other customers on your behalf? I live on the Wirral if its local to me I will go and give them HELL gladly.

I think that`s good news? do some googling to see. :smirk: or for £35.00 I think you can start on line legal proceedings against them through a court of your choice. That might give them the kick up the :moon:

Ok, I''ll do that thanks :D

ah ok, you may be able to claim it back then, its worth checking with the provider, ive got a virgin pre pay card and they are like a rat up a drainpipe in claiming back money from dodgy transactions

I see there American hummmmmmmmmmm  I will go if you pay

The original ABD folded & went out of business in 2009 - only to return as ABDRacingwerks - run by the same people. Hope it hasn't happened again.
