Advice fitting a CD player

I am comtemplating this double DIN unit http://www.amazon.co.uk/JVC-KW-XR611-Double-Ready-Radio/dp/B003E6VEKW however don't know what I need other than the facia for the top of the player. Do I need any other cable adapters etc?

I currently just have the stock tape player and have never changed anything to do with it.

Any help appreciated!

You will probably need one of these (Autoleads PC5-90)
