Rear door seals leaking into rear footwells - Help needed

I have a skoda fabia 2001 . After reading these posts I checked my rear door foot wells and yes they are both wet . I ran water over the windows and it is leaking between the door cover and carrier . God knows how long this has been going on .I just hope the floor is not rotten.. Now I know where my condensation on the  windows is coming from
