Righty then , looking at replacing the rear shockers which are currently HP adjustables that are tired.

Was looking at either replacing or getting them refurbished and got to thinking ( usualy dangerous ) if there are any other shockers that can be used..i.e are they the same size as polo or any other model that there could be an off the shelf bilstein etc available for.

mk1 and mk3 golf coilovers fit on the back.

mk1 shorter than standard felicia so probs not anygood for rally.

mk3 are longer than standard felicia so should be better for rally ? ground clearance n what not

seconded... mk3 golf dampers are an almost perfect fit, the mounting eye on the bottom is the same as the felicia ones, the thread pitch on the top of the damper piston is the same too so you can use standard top mounts on them
