My drivers side bulb has stopped working. Its a H7 55w Bulb. Stick with the standard Philips bulb or go for a different one?

has the bulb definately gone, or has the fuse blown for it! each individual bulb is fused. this is what happened to mine. might be worth a look? if not, go for an upgrade. one of those all weather blue type ones look great, but you would have to replace the other side too.

I would always recommend replacing in pairs - the other one is bound to go at virtually the same time anyway (unless it was the fuse, as pointed out).

If its definitely the bulb that's gone, I'd replace with Philips VisionPlus. Highly recommended.

Personally, I'd go with the Osram Silverstars over the Philips ones. Philip's Rallye main beam bulbs are highly recommended though

I'd vote for Phillips Vision plus. They give a much whiter light, and a better spread.

It depends on the circumstances what colour light is 'best'. Brighter tends to be better regardless - it's down to personal preference what colour you feel is best for you.

well 4250k is best colour temp as thats daylight
