Options For 2011 Vrs Tsi Exhaust

Featured Replies

I have been driving around for a few months now and I find it fantastic. Only downside is that the car sounds too 'mild'... especially compared to the Golf GTI mk6.

The GTI and the vRS share the same exhaust only the muffler (end bit) is different. It sounds sooo much better on the GTI, especially with the DSG 'fart'. (

With this car being a company car, I dont want to change too much, but I do want that similar sound as the GTI.

What are my best options here ? Mind you, it also needs to be resonably priced :)

Is it simply the case of deleting the resonator ?

The farty noise sounds well funny!!

Just bumping this thread... Still looking for options to create a bit more sound.

In this case the easiest option would be a resonater delete! might be easier/cheaper to remove the center silencer btw
