30,000 Mile Service Pending

Hi guys,

What horrors can I expect at my 30,000 mile service? I've a mk II Fabia 1, 58 plate (jan 09 reg). Relatively new car owner and keen not to get fleeced!

Also, if anyone can recommend a good place to get the service done in w. london or S.Wales/Bristol (I split living time) I'd be very grateful - keen to hear people's personal experience with the dealers/garages.
