One spare wiring loom to convert a Superb/W8 interior light with Cat-vision function to fit into a MkII Octavia. All OEM parts used, only extra needed is a wire & connector to link it into the to the existing headlight switch. I have a slightly different tutorial if you search for it for cars with a sunroof, which has a few other bits & bobs referring to both as well.

I don't know whether they did a black one, but most people seem to spray theirs. The front panel pops off very easily.

Would this fit Fabia MKI?!

Think the plug to the existing fabia interior light is a different part, but i wouldn't know unless you can get that plug number. The one which connects the octavia is Skoda part number S893971993. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately no. However it can be seperated so that you can spray the surround matt black and just leave the buttons Grey. I will post a pic of mine up later.

I would recommend the Superb one as that means the buttons are backlit green rather than red. But it is far enough away from anything not to matter. So a normal W8 Passat one will also be fine.

Looking at other threads on here, the superb/w8 unit itself does appear to fit straight into the Fabia, so it's just whether the connector is right.
