Thanks mate knew i had read this but couldnt find it again even doin a search thanks a million

No worries

I've got the Forge recirc kit and it uses a vacuum take of block which is ideal as i get vacuum and boost at this point you can also use a self sealing screw in nipple on the L shape pipe at the top and back of engine. Will get a pic if you want it

Was reading about the forge fitting kit but was unsure of where the block actually fitted(as most instructions found where for the 2.0l). i like the idea of using the kit but can i justify the £35/£40 for the kit when i can get everythin (boost gauge, t piece and pipe) for say £40 quid?? is there an advantage to getting the vacuum?? After going though pages i also found out there are a few suppliers of gauge fitting kits like forge for simliar pricing.

Oh and a picture would be brilliant

Forge do a kit for the 2.0l but not the 1.4 as far as I'm aware. The kit i have replaces the stock dv and happens to use a block that sits between the intake manifold and manifold sensor. It is over 150 quid and not really needed unless you taking the car quite far tuning wise. I'll get a pic of the L shape pipe which can be used. Do you already have the gauge??

No i dont. waiting for pay day and having a look about at gauges atm trying to find one that does the purpose i need and doesnt brake the bank

If you get one showing only boost and not vacuum it will be a far easier install and probably cheaper to buy aswell.
