I've noticed another noise. Sounds like a piece of plastic vibrating noise when i press the accerator in gear. Does not happen in neutral.

What could it be and more importantly how to fix it?

Im sure someone on here can help you but i cant. A bit more information like does this occur whilst crusing and you press the go pedal or for example in a high gear an low speed accerator pressed where engine struggles for couple of seconds until its in a comfortable rev range and your putting most strain on the car?

It happens in all gears, most noticable on lower speeds, but that might be because of road noise at high speed

engine ? model? age? milage?

it's disappeared now thanks, nothing has fallen off yet, however when i go over bumps it sounds like something is loose, exhaust maybe.
