What would you change//do?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Getting my clutch and flywheel changed at the weekend, im aiming to get alot done while its in bits.

Im going to also be doing, rear discs//pads, new bumpstops, topmounts, console bushes, waterpump, thermostat and clean EGR out.

Anything else you could suggest? Not modifications, just general items your'd do, to make the car feel//drive better or recommend while the car is in bits?

Also, any prices//part numbers on top mounts, bumpstops?

Thanks in advance.

check tyre pressures lol. could give the intercooler a clean i seen mine the other day and it looks abit clogged so will be doing that shortly to get it breathing properly.

I'd love to do EGR if I had a clue where it was and what impact it might have if it wasn't working right.

I know what it does, its an exhaust gases regulatory valve which no doubt has some impact on fueling etc. So I guess its off the manifold somewhere right ?

I also wonder how one would tell of any impact of cleaning out the intercooler also, and can it be done without removing the entire bumper.
