VCDS for wiper pause when car stopped

Since the engine replacement there's a strange glitch.

Before the change, when the wipers were on continuous and I pulled up at the lights they would switch automatically to intermittent wipe. However, in the last rain I noticed that they now stay on continuous.

Is there coding on VCDS for this - had a google and can't find anyhting
