Hi.

Does anyone know how to remove the wiring connector that sits at the bottom of headlight.

I have undone the plastic nut, pulled the lever and removed the headlight so far foreward. I then need to disconnect the wiring connecter, I have tried pulling it off to no avail. Is there a clip somewere?

Do I need to remove this to change a sidelight bulb?

theres not enough wire to pull the headlight out the connector needs to be taken off there a clip on the underside of the connector give it a squeeze below and pull back. Its tight but it does come a wee wiggle might be needed.

it is a real PIA but makes getting to the sidelight so much easier if you can get them off. Same as most of the other electrical connectors used around the engine - have a look at another one that is more accessible to see how they undo.

Even when the light is out getting to the sidelight bulb is a pain to remove - seem to remember that strong needle nose pliers are a great help!
