could anyone please let me know what the most power is that i could run safely on standard internals and turbo, clutch etc..

standard clutch will be the weak link

standard rods etc are fine if its just the standard turbo being used as that maxout t 240+

internals need changing @ 300+

It's the torque that really kills the internals. Standard rods will be at the limit over 300ft/lbs
