Just out of curiosity, I supose I'll never find a need for one ,but on MK1 Fabias ,how do you fit a roof rack?Nothing in the owners manual about this, but I notice something that looks like moveable cutouts on the rails.

Yeah they move and there are two ancor points :) I fitted them to mine

Genuine Skoda bars, in the roof you with find 2 slider points on each side, these should be removed and you will find metal lugss that the roof bars pincer into. Roof rack is a Thule basket. All mine cost less than £50 all in!
