hi my drivers door doesnt quiet sit flush with rest of the car what the best way to re aline the door its sank in wards ???

If its further in at the rear you need to move the striker outwards, mark where it is with masking tape top and bottom and undo the spline bolts holding it on, slide it out a touch and tighten up. See where the door sits, repeat as required.

at the front by the hinge its fine and the catch side sits in so much i can hear road noise bloody anoying ?

So adjust the striker.

If you're getting road noise then something else isn't right.

IMO: The door seal has broken/failed and the door has been deliberately set in to try to fix or minimize that or erm...worse.

I think if you get it looking right, your road noise will be worse. Check the door seal. If it's bust, reset the lock striker during fitting of the a new one.
