Non existent folding mirrors

Featured Replies

Like many I was frustrated by the absence of folding mirrors on my Yeti Eleganze. Honest John (Daily Telegraph) comments "If you purchased a vehicle because it had a particular item - to meet a specific requirement - then you have a case because the purchase is not of satisfactory quality to meet the purpose you acquired it for". In my case I changed cars so that I could access a narrow drive down a VERY narrow stone walled lane. Am awaiting SUK response.

Welcome, presumably it was included in the spec as that's what you've gone for?

There is another case but on a Superb where the mirrors are not currently folding .

They should be standard acrooss the whole range of Skoda cars( apart from poverty spec) even the Fiesta has them, not enough people people complain, they are standard in Europe but not here, :swear: , welcome to Briskoda by the way :hi:

It's a shame they won't offer them on the VRS. I'll be retro-fitting them over the next few weeks along with reverse camera and multi function steering wheel. It's annoying they wont supply them like that from the factory.

They will, but only for the continent :@

I believe Skoda have corrected this now.

The website shows the Yeti Elegance had auto-diming mirrors, but not folding.

Hi and welcome aboard.

I wish it was standard as they are blooming useful.

Still not for the vRS though

welcome to briskoda
