Another wiper problem

I have a 2008 Octavia II hatch and the back wiper is not working. The washers work OK. Fuses are OK and you hear the clicking noise when operating the switch. We have swapped the motor and no difference. On the 4-pin connecter that goes into the motor, there are the following voltages

Purple/Black - Always 12v

Green/White - 12v when wiper switched off, 0v when wiper switched on

Green/Red - As above 12/0v

Brown - 0V

Any ideas?
