been looking gfor a set of 225 engine injectors and found these. is that a good price or a bit expensive?

Question is do you need them? What spec is your engine etc? Think it needs to be very modified to get any benefit. Someone with more knowledge will be along soon to explain lol

It was mentioned the other day about ussing a TT quick rack. What sort of benefits would you see from that? What sort of price do they come in at?

it sharpens up your steering, and you get a lot more feel of what the car is doing through it and you can get them on ebay for around £50-£70 just search cupra r breaking and go through them.

I bought one off ebay 3 years ago for £120 but never fitted it and sold it to billy2891. I drove GarryC's car with a quick rack fitted, turn in is a lot quicker IIRC being 2.5 turns lock to lock instead of 3. Parking was also a doddle
