Dance radio problem

I have a factory fitted Dance radio and the info display has characters missing. This is only when you press the Info

button to see what's playing. I reported it at the last service and have had the aerial base replaced but the problem persists.

Has anyone else encountered this and, more importantly, is there a solution?

I know it's not that important but the car comes out of warranty later this year and it would be nice to have it fixed before then.
