Unable to open rear passenger door

Hi All,

As of today, I'm unable to open the rear passenger door on my 2007 Octavia VRS. The (outside) handle pulls out, but nothing happens. I can open the door from the inside of the car. Any advice on this problem would be much appreciated. I'm looking to sell the car in the next 2 - 3 months and want to sort this prior to the sale.

2020 Kamiq with ACC - opinions?

I'm looking at a 2020 Kamiq SEL as a second car, which has the fairly rare 'adaptive' cruise control (not 'predictive adaptive'). I've had mixed experiences with ACC on two Citroens. My recent C5 has it, and it works great and very smoothly so long as you remember that all it really does is keep you on station with the car in front and stop you running into it. Before that had an older Berlingo. That had ACC that it worked, but that system braked fairly hard and later than I'd have liked, then a

I have just bought a 2020 First Edition 1.5 SE L Estate and in the boot I cannot work our what is missing from the side of the boot, looking at the manual and photos online, the sides of the boot seem to have one complete panel that is removable with a little handle in the middle of it. Mine seem to have these fixed ones with little cutouts in them, I’m guessing they are meant to have something in them, and on the left, there is also a strap for something. I have the boot with the two levels

2022 Skoda Octavia 1.5tsi estate. Following a battery issue, I now have 10 CAN Network Gateway faults, all related to low voltage. The battery has been replaced with a new one but I need to register the new one with the car. I have a Carista EVO reader but it won’t reset the fault codes. Reads them fine but won’t reset them. (I’ve subscribed for a month so that part is fine.) I checked the battery voltage and it was 14.1v so I took the car for a 30 minute drive to see if the car’s computer/sens

I do need to change my lovely (but aged) 2010 Fabia 1.6tdi so went looking for a year old 1.5tsi DSG SEL, found a nice one at a local dealer but when looking at the finance side of things, it worked out similar to buy a brand new one (via Carwow prices) due to the Skoda contribution and the lower APR on a PCP.
