Lowering springs

Featured Replies

Hey folks, im wanting to lower the fab a touch but not slam it into the ground and make it a rough ride and a pain with driveways/speedbumps etc. A happy medium kinda thing. Looking for recomendations on brands. Dont want coilovers, i cant justify the price.

Go for the Eibach pro kit, lowers around 25mm and is a good match with the stock dampers, that is as long as they are healthy and not leaking any oil and not done huge amounts of miles.

As above, wont look lowered really but will go round corners better. It sound like its your only option, because any lower and to keep a decent ride level you`ll need shocks too, which will come to more ££££ than coilovers.

As above really, from what you've said I'd say go for the Eibach Pro springs.

Sorry to hijack but saves starting my own thread about the same thing, how much would the Eibach pro kit be fully fitted?? I know the kit is about £155.00 on eBay from Demon Tweeks but that's just delivered.

Cheers and sorry to hijack.

John

JOM coil overs are £30 more, I know what I would choose. No idea on cost to fit, best ask whoever you want to fit them but from personal experience I'd set aside an afternoon if you're doing the job yourself.

Wouldn't fit them myself, i've absolutely no mechanical knowledge!! :D

I'm a complete noob when it comes to any kind of mods, so will have to search for places that fit them. ;)
