I've got a 54 plate Fabia VRS and mine has the isofix mounting points, however I'm now looking at a 1.4 petrol Fabia for my partner.

Does anybody know what year they were introduced across the Fabia range?

It was made mandatory for all cars in 2006, generally basic models don't have them before, I could be wrong though.

can i say, that a hatchback 2001 mk1 skoda fabia has isofix, oor something, buut it actually works with an isofix seat beautifully! ...so backseats have those points (you can see them here https://youtu.be/VFXPGpMiXwA?t=180 at this time mark) just under-around the seatbelt clip...so yeah...2001 mk1 skoda has indeed isofix capacity! :D
