the fabia still had the tape player fitted,looking at the size of it i guess a yoru average cd player wouldnt fit/look right in place of the tape player?

if not,is there any other cd players from other skodas that will fit no problem?

A Fabia CD player will slot straight in, also any standard DIN size player will, all that you'll need is an additional piece of blanking trim which was less than £5 from Skoda.
