aren't you all missing the big issue: any modification to the vehicle would invalidate the insurance by the side of which warranty problems would be neither here nor there! Of course you could notify insurance in which case they would either, (a) immediately cancel cover or ( B) increase the premium so much you wouldn't be able afford to run the car anyway.

Not really. I've declared all my mods and it's a £50 extra, for the TMC box, induction kit and my varex exhaust.

Every mod I have (including different badges) has been discussed.

My car went in for two services and both I chatted with the Tech and Salesman about the mods and they were very interested. Especially with the RARB.
