My 1.9 diesel Felicia has started squealing badly when started from cold, the squealing continues at low revs until the car has been driven for 5 - 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure that it's the crankshaft pulley thats squealing - is there any kind of temporary cure for this until such time I can get the pulley changed?

I'd check the auxilliary drivebelt tension before spending out on a new pulley.
